What’s PVC?

PVC is a type of plastic and it’s safe to use. It can stick on any smooth surface such as walls, doors, windows, closets, plastic, metal, tiles, etc., but not suitable for dirty or rough surfaces. You can peel off the decal from the wall without damaging the wall. The color will never fade or run because its a high-quality material and adhesive glue.

First of all, if you wanna DIY your home decor with our wall stickers, make sure there is no dust on your wallpaper or wall paint. Clean the position where you wanna stick before that.

Secondly, we have different types of wall stickers which should be used with a special adhesive. It is better to use the adhesives we recommend. You can buy them online or in the stores near your place.

Thirdly, when you’re sticking it onto the walls, please pay attention to removing air bubbles and keep it straight to avoid creases and wrinkles. If there are any mistakes during this process and you wanna remove it from the walls, we suggest you first use a hairdryer to heat up the sticker until a corner starts to lift up then pull it towards one direction slowly while heating it up constantly. This will help prevent breaking off any parts of your wall sticker accidentally.

Fourthly, if you’re sticking two different pieces together (we provide multiple pieces for most of our products so that they can fit into bigger surfaces), please measure twice and cut once! We do not offer a re-sizing service for now as each piece is hand-cut by our operations team and once they are cut out of their backing board they cannot be re-sized anymore without affecting their appearance (such as leaving trace marks). Please note that since these stickers are hand-made, some pieces may not look exactly like what you see in pictures on websites but rest assured our design team oversees each creation carefully to ensure quality control! We also welcome suggestions for improvement or ideas about possible future designs 🙂

• Make sure you stick this on well! A crooked frame will be annoying to look at, so make sure you use a level to ensure it is straight. Use a tape measure as well, just to be safe.
• If you are using the stickers on a wall, clean the wall first with a damp cloth and make sure the wall is smooth (no bumps or holes).
